About Us
Novum Supports was founded in 2011 because we wanted to make a difference for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We felt there was a more effective way to make their lives better, so we set out on a different path.
The cornerstone of our mission is the belief that a one size fits all approach doesn’t work. We think a better way is to focus on truly understanding each individual and then designing a plan for living that fits their unique hopes and dreams.
Today we’re fulfilling our mission of making lives better one person at a time.
We also believe in the inclusivity of people of all abilities. We work hard to empower each person to develop their own talents, achieve their own goals and embrace their own uniqueness.
We offer a new beginning to all clients, regardless of their previous challenges or background. It’s a population we excel at serving.
In many cases, clients who have struggled elsewhere come here and thrive. We’ve seen it time and time again.
We’ve come a long way since 2011 and we’re grateful for the opportunity to help and support such amazing people. We’re looking forward to a bright future.
