Day Supports for Individuals

In addition to residential services, some of our clients want and need additional support, along with greater access to their local communities. Our Day Program, conveniently located in Sandy, provides Day Supports in a Group setting (DSG).




Our Day Supports include site-based classes, skill-building activities, and community outings in a group setting. Transportation to and from our Day Program is provided.
A DSI program can last anywhere from a half hour up to six hours a day during the weekdays, supporting our clients in numerous ways. This includes various activities such as playing sports, looking for jobs, going to movies, volunteer opportunities, helping clients run personal errands, and more.Our staff is there to assist in whatever capacity our clients need when they spend this valuable time together. These opportunities are a great way for greater bonds and friendships to grow and provide outlets for greater activity and well-rounded lifestyles.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters meaningful relationships and personal growth. We provide opportunities for recreation, creativity, and physical activity, all while helping each client work toward the goals outlined in their PCSP (Person-Centered Support Plan)
For those that prefer a more individualized approach, we also offer Day Supports for Individuals (DSI). This option allows clients to build deeper one-on-one connections with staff in a personalized setting. Services are tailored to each client’s PCSP goals and may include:
- Job skill development
- Community activities
- Attending medical appointments
- Running personal errands
- Other individualized supports
Our staff are there to assist in whatever capacity is needed. These one-on-one opportunities often lead to mentorships, friendships, and more well-rounded lifestyles.
