Group Home
For some individuals who need a bit more support and structure, our group home model offers a sweet spot for more independent living between an inpatient facility and a host home placement. In the group home setting, our clients get to experience and enjoy their day to day lives with roommates and a wide variety of staff that assist them with whatever care is needed for them to live their best lives. What sets a Novum group home apart is our attention to detail and the plan we put in place for each one of our residents. They get an individualized living plan according to their own unique needs and desires, rather than a one size fits all solution.
We also feel it important to maintain a clean and organized residence, on both the inside and out of each one of our homes. This approach allows both clients and staff to enjoy clean, uncluttered environments where their hearts and minds can grow.
Our philosophy has allowed many of our clients to thrive, grow, and progress to the point where they show a desire for even greater independence. We have helped many group home clients graduate to more independent settings. In these cases, we assist them in finding the perfect host home placement so they can continue their upward trajectory of greater independence.
We are proud of the hard work our clients and staff have done that has led to so many successful new beginnings.
